Can I use a different email provider, such as Mailchimp or Active Campaign?
Whilst Flodesk is our preferred email provider, if you have already set up your email marketing through another platform such as Mailchimp, or Active Campaign, and are interested in Ongoing Management, we are still able to help you.
If you are interested in the Email Essentials or Everything Emails packages but are wanting to set up your email marketing in another platform other than Flodesk, we may be able to support you but there may be additional fees if we are unfamiliar with the platform, to account for the additional troubleshooting time of learning a new system.
Do I have to pay for Flodesk, or is there a free plan?
Flodesk does have a Free Trial, that gives you 30 days of unrestricted access to all features, however in order to use Flodesk and all the features in the Email Essentials and Everything Email packages you will need to have a paid subscription of Flodesk. Prices start at $38 USD per month, which is additional to my services and payment is organised directly to Flodesk, not through me. For Ongoing Management, you may not need a paid subscription, however it depends on the email marketing platform you wish to use, and how complex of an email marketing system you wish to create.
